The Blues traveled to the south coast this afternoon to take on Brighton as they look to keep pace with Liverpool and Manchester City.

Chelsea’s manager Maurizio Sarri named a relatively strong 11 for Thursday’s Europa League clash against Vidioton in Budapest with Ross Barkley, Willian and Alvaro Morata all starting – with the latter replaced by Olivier Giroud early on after limping off injured.

Despite ending Manchester City’s unbeaten start to the season last Saturday Chelsea sit in fourth place – eight points off new leaders Liverpool.
